Wolf Mountain Birdhouses tries to keep it simple. We are a small Tennessee company dedicated to bird lovers and the environment. Our shipping arrangements are simple. 

First, we will ship only to the United States. No exceptions. Since we are selling naturally made wood products we don't want to deal with export licensing, agricultural rules and regulations and all that stuff. Sorry Canada. We have some friends there so we don't have anything against you. It's a government bureaucracy thing. We hope you understand.

Since our birdhouses are made from natural wood the weight differs. The cost of shipping is typically $12.95 except for larger size birdhouses. If your shipping exceeds this we will notify you and get your permission before charging your credit card for either the birdhouse or the shipping. You will never receive any charges from Wolf Mountain Birdhouses that you did not approve.

All of our birdhouses are shipped in sturdy boxes and packaged to protect them in transit. When you receive your birdhouse please make sure you open the birdhouse itself (remove the 3-4 screws in the top segment) to make sure no packaging material has entered the house.
