You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will have to pay the return shipping costs and our costs to originally ship the product to you if the return is not a result of our error. If it is our mistake we will pay the return shipping costs. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

If the wrong product was ordered this is not considered our error and you are responsible for the original shipping costs to send the product to you and return shipping costs.

No refunds will be given for product that has been damaged by you in the process of mounting, installing, dropping from a height, bird damage or any other damage. Since our products are made of natural wood, use no preservatives and are exposed to the elements no refunds are given for aging, discoloration, shrinking, or simple deterioration with age.

OK, here's the bottom line. Or lawyers told us we needed to put the above in to protect ourselves. Bottom line is if we mess up we'll admit it and refund your money. You work hard for your money and so do we. If we made a mistake we'll take care of it. If you make a mistake and don't damage the birdhouse we'll take it back and refund your money if you ship it back to us and cover the cost of originally shipping it to you. If you damage the birdhouse when mounting or it falls out of the tree and is damaged we don't want it back and will not refund your money.

We think this is just common sense.
